Friends of the Smokies Annual Fundraising Event
Our catering team was on hand at the annual Friends of the Smokies fundraising event.
The Greenbrier Barn Party (formerly 3P BBQ) is one of the organization’s oldest fundraisers. It celebrates the long history of Great Smoky Mountains National Park’s support and preservation by the generous people of this region. The event is packed with the some of the area’s best food, music and more!
Holston’s Kitchen Catering Co. provided a huge spread of our awarding-winning selections. We served our mouth-watering smoked wings and barbecued pulled pork. Folks also filled their plates with our low country boil and fish fry. Of course, no outdoor barbecue is complete without great sides like our potato salad and creamy coleslaw. We also had sliced watermelon and our famous Orange Soak Cake!
